Specialized on-site cleaning for fabric office panels, partitions, and divider systems of every size.
Because office panels are manufactured with many different textiles, fibers, and mounting systems, no single cleaning method is appropriate for every installation. Before cleaning begins, our trained technicians perform a visual and tactile inspection, test the fabric for colorfastness, and evaluate the durability of the textile mounting system.
Using these findings, Fabrex / Solar-Seal® selects a cleaning method customized to the fabric, construction, and specific soiling conditions. This careful approach helps us achieve effective cleaning while protecting the appearance and integrity of your office panel system.
Most office panel systems are cleaned directly on location, allowing your workplace to remain organized without unnecessary removal or transportation. Fabrex / Solar-Seal® can also clean individual panels that have not yet been installed when required.
Our cleaning systems adapt to different fabrics, soil levels, and workplace requirements.
Professional extraction removes embedded soil while helping control moisture and drying time.
Dry-solvent cleaning is available when water-based methods are not suitable for the textile.
Low-moisture foam cleaning provides another effective option for specialty office panel fabrics.
Air-drying equipment can be used to encourage drying within approximately four to six hours.
See why homeowners and businesses trust Fabrex / Solar-Seal® for professional care, reliable service and lasting results.
Cleaning begins by vacuuming the office panel system to remove dust and loose dry soil. Individual spots and spills are then evaluated and pretreated before and during cleaning. Neutral-pH cleaning agents are blended according to the particular fabric and soiling problem, while a general deodorizer helps remove non-specific residual odors.
Our typical method uses low-moisture hot-water extraction, but dry solvent or dry foam may be selected when the fabric requires a different approach. Air-drying units can also be used as needed to help shorten drying time and return the workspace to normal use as efficiently as possible.
Pricing is based in part on the total number of panels and the cleaning requirements of the system. Evening and Saturday appointments can be arranged to help minimize disruption to employees and daily operations. Professional office panel cleaning helps maintain a cleaner appearance while extending the useful life of the textile system.
