We use neutral-pH cleaning agents blended according to the specific fabric and soiling conditions, while a general deodorizer helps address non-specific residual odors.
Our primary system is low-moisture hot-water extraction, but fabrics that require a different approach may be cleaned using dry solvent or dry foam.
