Traffic areas are pre-conditioned before steam cleaning, then treated with pre-softened, water-based, neutral pH cleaning agents selected for the specific soiling conditions. A mild deodorizing agent is included, individual spots are treated separately, and suspended soil is extracted along with excess water for proper disposal.

For additional cleaning, Fabrex / Solar-Seal® may use a dry-cleaning bonnet process in which carpet fibers are treated with a water-based encapsulating solution and gently agitated with specialized equipment. Absorbent pads help lift remaining soil and moisture, while air-drying units can encourage drying in approximately four hours or less. By combining advanced cleaning chemistry, technology, and proven techniques, we help carpets look better, stay cleaner, and maintain their appearance for longer.
